We accept refunds/returns under the following circumstances: 

  • Exchanges
  • Change of mind
  • Item broke during use
  • Damaged items on arrival
  • Received wrong product 
  • Items never arrived
  • Canceled orders within 24 hours


If you would like to exchange your item please email us Exchanges are allowed on all orders within 90 days of the arrival date. Exchanges will be at no additional cost for the buyer. We will provide a shipping label for the buyer.

Change of mind (Want to Return)

If you want to return your items, please email us at Make sure to include your order # and the reason for your request. We accept returns on all orders within 90 days of the arrival date.

For your product to be eligible for a return it must be in good condition and include all of the parts that you received. Lightly used products are acceptable, but there can't be any damage done to the product. Please include a photo of the item in your email so that we can verify the condition.

We bear all of the shipping costs involved in the return and will provide a shipping label. 

Once, you contact our support team, they will provide you with all of the details of the return. Once, the returned product is received we will provide a full refund in the amount of the purchase price.

Items that broke during use

We have a 180 day warranty on all of our products. If an item is broken during use we are responsible and want to make sure you have the best experience with Lucid Solar Lighting. Please contact us at We will ship out a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged on arrival

If an item is damaged on arrival, we are responsible. Once the item arrives, you will have 30 days to email us about the damaged items. Please contact us at with a photo of the damaged items. We will ship out a replacement at no additional cost.

Received wrong product 

If you receive the wrong product please email us at Please attach a photo of the product. We will send out the correct product and the buyer can keep the other product on us. We bear the shipping and product costs. There will be no additional costs to the buyer.

Items never arrived

If you ordered an item and never received it, please email us at Occasionally, products can get lost during shipment and we take full responsibility. In your email, please include your order #. If the item is lost we will provide the buyer with a full refund. There is no deadline on this. If the item is lost during shipment, we take full responsibility.

Canceled orders within 24 hours

If you place an order and want to cancel it, you may do so by emailing us at Please include "Cancel (Order #)" in the subject line. You can find your order # in the confirmation email you receive after placing an order.

In order to ensure a fast processing time for our customers, we only allow order cancellations within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. 

Time to receive the refund

All refunds will be submitted within 48 hours of the time we receive the returned order/refund request. You will be emailed a confirmation that your refund has been submitted.

The money will be refunded straight back to the method of payment you used at checkout. So, it will either be refunded directly to your credit card, bank account, or your PayPal.

Please note that this does not mean it will instantly show up on your method of payment. Please allow 2-6 days for your bank, credit card provider, or PayPal to process the refund. We have no control over their processing times.
